Lover of good conversation and the little things, Emily enjoys helpful nonfiction, the occasional home DIY project, and a solid cup of coffee. Her favorite things in life are her family. Most importantly, her 8 year old "Mini Me" who - like Emily - is an avid writer and story teller.

A native of Montana, Marteen enjoys all things outdoor adventure: skiing, fishing, and hiking just to name a few. She's an avid indoor cyclist, as well as a coffee enthusiast. When she's not chasing her adorably spunky two year old, you might find her behind a good book (thrillers are her favorite!).

Fueled by coffee and powered by community, Mary enjoys spending time with her two daughters and husband. When she's not running her own business or volunteering with her kiddo's school PTA, a beautifully written cookbook with vibrant pictures will keep her occupied.

Proud mom of twin teenage girls, Marne enjoys traveling with her family and exploring new places, as well as gardening and wine tasting. As the publisher of Growing Up Chico, she values the art of writing and story telling, and is committed to community involvement.

Not much of a writer, Pumpkin's favorite activities are snuggling, sleeping, and begging. He loves car rides, trips to the park, and playing fetch (although hasn't quite mastered the retrieving part). Well-versed on the topic of cats, he avoids them at all costs.
